- Add a few ice cubes. Next, add the whiskey and two types of bitters. Mix well.
- Brush the sides of another chilled old fashioned glass with absinthe.

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup whipped cream
- 4 ounces of hot coffee
- 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey

- In a hot glass, add the coffee and brown sugar and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
